There's no complicated story here. Centreville Luncheonette is a classic American luncheonette — the kind of place that keeps the lights warm, the food honest, and the door open to anyone who walks through it.
We serve lunch. We serve it fast. We serve it well. And we've built something in the process that matters more than any menu item: a place where people feel like they belong.

But keep talking and they'll tell you something else — the staff who remember their order, the familiar faces at the next table, the way a quick lunch turned into an hour of good conversation.
We have a lot of regulars here. Some have been coming for years. Many are older folks who've made us part of their weekly routine — a Thursday tradition, a standing lunch date, a reason to get out and be around people. That means a lot to us. We don't take it lightly.
Whether you're 30 or 80, whether you're a local who comes every week or a visitor stopping in for the first time, you'll find the same thing here: a warm welcome, a good meal, and a room full of people who are genuinely glad you stopped in.
The Food Is the Real Thing
We don't do shortcuts. You'll taste the difference.
House-Made Specialties
Our chicken, tuna, and shrimp salads are made in-house, from scratch, every day. Our meatballs and chili are house-made too, along with our homemade dressings. You won't find these in a tub or from a bag.
Hand-Cut Fries
Our fries are cut by hand, every single day, and fried to order. It's the kind of thing that makes a difference — and you'll notice it on the first bite.
Fresh Burgers
Hand-crafted from fresh-ground beef — never frozen, never ordinary. Our burgers are the most beloved thing on the menu, and we take that seriously.
Seasonal Rotation
House-made soups through the winter months, rotating pasta salad specials come spring. Always something fresh, always made in-house.
Quick Service
Diner food done at diner speed. We know your time matters, and we get your food out fast without cutting corners on what matters.
Breakfast Coming Soon
We're adding breakfast late spring/early summer — the same deal as lunch. Real food, made right, served with a good attitude. Stay tuned.
Sit Down or Take It Outside
Inside, it's classic luncheonette all the way: counter service, quick turnaround, friendly faces. No fuss, no frills, just a great lunch and good energy.
Outside, we've got picnic tables where you can sit in the fresh air, enjoy your meal at your own pace, and watch the neighborhood go by. There's always a reason to linger a little.
And if you can't stay, call ahead. Place your to-go order over the phone and pick it up on your way to the park, the office, or wherever the afternoon takes you.
